When linebacker Rey Maualuga was drafted by the Cincinnati Bengals in 2009, it was presumed that he would be a second-tier force for the team for an extended amount of time.

Now that he is a free agent, defensive coordinator Mike Zimmer has spoken with the team’s website about just how good  the former USC product is.
