Alex Mack The Cleveland Browns center has never missed a snap since coming to the Browns in 2009. Mack had an appendicitis attack when the Browns face the Titans and Mack played through the pain. Mack underwent surgery the following Monday. Mack is as tough as they come. The Browns never had anyone else snapping the ball since Mack has been the Browns center. Could this streak come to an end this Sunday? I think if it were completely up to Mack he will be in the game. If Mack isn’t able to start at center McCoy may have to get use to another center exchanging the ball to him. This could present a slight problem in the way McCoy plays, he has only ever had Mack at the center since becoming the Browns starting quarterback. Not only could exchanging the ball become a problem for the Browns pass protection could also be hampered without Mack out there. In the last game McCoy was hit 9 times and sacked three times.
