Cleveland Browns go Figurs

According to Mary Kay Cabot on Twitter, the Cleveland Browns have signed WR Yamon Figurs and OL Paul McQuistan. Yamon Figurs figures to provide depth at the wide receiver position for Cleveland as Josh Cribbs and WR Mohamed Massaquoi recover from head injuries.Figures can also return kicks if Josh Cribbs in unavailable this week as well. Figures, 5’11 180 pounds most recently was on the Oakland Raiders roster before being released. Figurs has also spent time with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Detroit Lions and Baltimore Ravens.While he does have just three career NFL receptions, he has returned 1,851 yards worth of kick returns and 330 yards of punt returns, having scored three return touchdowns.
