Found September 28, 2012 on NFL Draft Zone:

I watched the game a week ago when the Browns basically stopped trying to get T-Rich involved because they were behind.  I understand the fact that the Browns are behind but they stop using Richardson all together.  He has done a great job at catching the ball out the backfield, but just seems to not be running with patience.  Last night versus the Ravens, Trent Richardson rushed 14 times for 47 yards and a touchdown and caught four passes for 57 yards in Cleveland’s 23-16.

The Browns completely underused Richardson in Week 4 by only getting him the ball 18 times, while rookie QB Brandon Weeden dropped back to pass a whopping 53 times. Richardson wasn’t hitting the home run on the ground, but he didn’t have a whole lot of trouble gaining chunks of yards. His touchdown score came on a toss play from one yard out in the second quarter, where he just outran Ravens defenders to the edge. The Browns go to the Meadowlands to face the Giants in Week 5 and they better utilize T-Rich better if they want to win.  I would be giving Richardson at least 25 carries a game, regardless of performance.  The only way he is going to learn is hands on experience, it is not as easy as college, which he is figuring out but the kid is a pure athlete.  They need to find a way to get him more involved.  When they do this they will win football games, it just might be too late before they figure it out.

Drop it like it's hot: Greg Little can't catch Weeden's balls

Cleveland Browns wide receiver Greg Little (second in drops last season) continued his catching problems last night against the Baltimore Ravens, dropping a total of five catches, including a great Brandon Weeden would-be-touchdown pass that he had right in his hands. “My job is just to beat the guy and get through the middle of the field,” Little said. “[Weeden] moved...

Browns vs. Ravens – Browns fans predict 31-13 loss

Josh Cribbs has said that the Browns won’t embarrass their fans tonight on a national stage, but unfortunately the fans aren’t buying it according to our survey. When I took everyone’s final score predictions into account the predictions are that the Ravens will win 31-13 over your their beloved Browns. So, how, exactly, do Browns fans think it is all going to go down? Here...

Browns report: The catch that wasnt made

BEREAGreg Little caught four passes for 77 yards against the Ravens, but he will be remembered for the one he didnt catch. With 4:45 to play in the game and the Browns trailing 23-13, Little went high into the air in the end zone and couldnt come down with the pass that wouldve made it 23-20. Instead, Phil Dawson kicked a 52-yar d field goal to make it 23-16. You dream and go...

It is still amazing that the player was able to get up on his own accord and walk off of the field. [Related: Browns miss big opportunities, lose to Ravens 23-16]

The Cleveland Browns are a Train Wreck, heartbreaking to watch but you just cant turn away

Calm down, everybody. If you watched the game or did not watch the game, what you are going to hear is that the Cleveland Browns are desperate for a win and how they gave another game away. Come on, this is the NFL we are talking about here. Nothing is going to come easy. Nothing is going to come easy to the Cleveland Browns and the youngest team in the NFL. If you are watching...

Browns miss big opportunities, lose to Ravens 23-16

The Cleveland Browns certainly didn’t embarrass themselves (just like Josh Cribbs 1 said) in losing 23-16 to the Ravens, but this team seems to be the absolute opposite of opportunistic. You have to give the Browns credit for having a plan on defense. They got gashed at times, but they kept Ray Rice under control and got some pressure on Joe Flacco. Offensively, you have to give...

Josh Cribbs Gets Crushed By Dannell Ellerbe (Video)

The Cleveland Browns and Baltimore Ravens enjoyed an NFL game last night with some real refs finally.  But unfortunately for Josh Cribbs this hit came along with it.  He was returning a punt when he ran into a crushing hit by LB Dannell Ellerbe of the Ravens and fumbled the ball.  His helmet popped off and he smacked his head on the turf, but was able to walk off the field...

Baltimore Ravens 23Cleveland Browns 16Welcome back regular officials.I have never been one to criticize or hate on the replacement officials before this week, BUT, this game did go a lot smoother and was finished much quicker and that is where I will stop. As for the game, the Baltimore Ravens came out quick and looked like they could almost do anything they wanted to against the...
