If Clinton Portis left any individual-related unfinished business in Washington, it was obviously his failure to catch John Riggins atop the franchise’s all-time rushing list. Had he stayed healthy, Portis would likely already have the record, but instead he leaves at No. 2. Steve Czaban asked Portis during a Wednesday ESPN 980 appearance whether that would have meant something to him. “You know, it really would have,” Portis said. “And it was something that I really felt that I would get done, and I wanted to get done.
