We already know the New England Patriots will likely be in play to land Ravens safety Ed Reed in free agency.  There’s also a chance the Indianapolis Colts could make a run at him as well. Colts head coach Chuck Pagano was Reed’s defensive coordinator in Baltimore and the Colts were a playoff team this season. I think the Patriots have the best shot at signing Reed.  They might be willing to open up their wallets to most to acquire him.   • No disrespect to Ed Reed, he may have some new bling in a few days, but he's in the twilight of his career and the Colts are a young team building for a future that Reed will be watching from a recliner. Should go after some younger free agent talent or save the cap space for later.
