Someone needs to explain to me how the folks at NMA can turn these around so quickly, and with this kind of detail.

The Indianapolis Colts held their formal interview with Titans defensive coordinator Jerry Gray today, according to the Tennessean. Gray is one of three known candidates to draw interest from the Colts in their search for a head coach. The team fired Jim Caldwell Tuesday. The others are New Orleans offensive coordinator Pete Carmichael and Cincinnati defensive coordinator Mike Zimmer.
