The defensive line is one of the few places on the team that fans should not worry about.
As we switch to the defensive side of the ball, we learnt the offense has a lot of upside, but may not be the greatest going into next year. The defensive side has the ability to be solid right away. Well, the Colts weren't shy to go get players. They first got Cory Redding, a veteran five tech defensive end who played with Coach Pagano in Baltimore. They then got Brandon McKinney, a backup who also played with Pagano, who never got a shot to play as Haloti Ngata got all the work and the spotlight (and rightfully so). They believed that he could be a "hidden gem." Then, in the draft, they went out and got risky nose tackle Josh Chapman in the 5th round. They already had Fili Moala and Dra...

If you’re an NFL fan that uses Twitter, consider Colts owner Jim Irsay a must-follow.

2013 NFL Draft: Who'll Hold The No. 1 Overall Pick At Season's End?
Next Year’s Worst Teams

Select NFL camp battles
The interesting thing about training camp competitions is that they are very fluid. A player can get hurt, and thus give an opportunity for another player to nail down a job. Sometimes players are given opportunities, but don’t take advantage of those opportunities. It often means teams have to look outside their 90-man roster to address these concerns.
Injuries are impossible...

The signings of quarterbacks and top two draft choices Andrew Luck of Indianapolis and Washington's Robert Griffin III on consecutive days this week, with neither deal including the so-called "offset language" that was the primary reason for the gridlock at the top of the first round, has prompted the general feeling that the logjam in the stanza will now be broken...
