Indianapolis Colts running back Joseph Addai left Sunday's game vs. Kansas City with a hamstring injury.
The injury occurred in the first quarter. Addai went to the locker room with a brace on his right leg and is considered doubtful to return.
Addai had 19 yards on six carries and one catch for six yards before getting hurt. He was replaced by Delone Carter.
This season, Addai has 230 yards and a touchdown on 50 carries for the Colts (0-4).
