Found October 21, 2013 on NFL Injury Report:
Josh Alper of NBCSports reports that Indianapolis Colts wide receiver, Reggie Wayne, tore his anterior cruciate ligament in his right knee in Sunday night’s victory over the Denver Broncos. A magnetic resonance imaging test Monday confirmed what the Colts already expected.  Wayne will join running back Ahmad Bradshaw and tight end Dwayne Allen on the injured reserve list.  Wayne has been a staple in the Colts’ offense since the 2001 season, being the most durable Colt in recent franchise history with consecutive games played streak at 189. The Colts have a bye week so there is time to figure out a plan moving forward. Darrius Heyward-Bey and T.Y. Hilton will most certainly see more touches with the downing of Wayne.  However, the NFL trade deadline is next week so look for the Colts to try to make a move to bolster their wide receiving group.     You can follow me on twitter @TheSoftParade69 Or send your comments to Talk football talk hockey talk cigars talk anything, I know a little about a lot.

Opening Lines: Week 8

The Patriots opened as 6.5-point favorites as they host the Miami Dolphins in Week 8. This line has me as confused as a referee in last week’s game. Of New England’s five wins this year, four were in serious doubt heading into the final two or three minutes. Points have been at a premium for this edition of the Pats -- the 2007 juggernaut, this is not. And I feel like I...
