Third-round draft pick Dwayne Allen signed his rookie contract Wednesday afternoon, leaving second-rounder Coby Fleener as the teams only unsigned player. A tweet from owner Jim Irsay said resolution of Fleeners negotiations would occur real soon, but had not late Wednesday. Financial terms were not immediately available, but Allen was expected to receive a four-year contract worth approximately $3.2 million with a signing bonus of about $834,000. That allows the former Clemson standout to report today for the ongoing camp at the teams Northwestside complex that precedes the Colts team-wide Saturday reporting date for training camp at Anderson, Ind.
