The resurgent Indianapolis Colts are about to blow their No. 1 draft pick. The Colts became the first one-win team in NFL history to beat a team with 10 wins as Dan Orlovsky capped a penalty-filled drive with a 1-yard touchdown pass to Reggie Wayne with 19 seconds left as Indianapolis stunned the visiting Houston Texans 19-16 on Thursday night. Houston (10-5) lost its second straight and fell to 0-10 all time in Indianapolis. The defeat likely cost Houston a shot at the No. 2 seed and a first-round bye in the playoffs. Neil Rackers extended the lead to 16-12 late in the fourth quarter but the Texans, who have already wrapped up the AFC South title, couldn’t stop Orlovsky on the final drive. Wayne caught a 34-yard pass and the Texans were hit with three big penalties on the final drive. The Colts trailed throughout the game.
