The New York Giants have already exceeded the expectations that had been projected for them by many so called experts and analysts around the sport. With the loss of key free agents during this offseason, reports of the team’s demise were premature, as the Giants now have seized a firm control of first place heading into the brutal second half of the season. Manning improves on Fridays

Halfway through the season, there is no longer a debate on whether Eli Manning ranks among the NFL's elite quarterbacks.
