Finnegan will step into a St. Louis Ram’s secondary that has failed to even live up to the word mediocre. His deal is a five year deal worth $50 million dollars. Finnegan is an aggressive corner who gets after the wide receiver and it’s hopeful that after reuniting with Fischer that he will master zone coverage as well as physical press play.
