Steelers second year receiver Antonio Brown broke a Steelers record today when he got 2,048 All Purpose yards from Scrimmage on the season. While doing that he also plateaued 1,000 yards for the first time in his young career today. Brown came into the game needing 16 yards to reach 1,000. Rashard Mendenhall ran for 116 yards and a touchdown and backup quarterback Charlie Batch played efficiently in place of an injured Ben Roethlisberger as the Pittsburgh Steelers pummeled lifeless St. Louis 27-0 on Sunday.

The Steelers will play the Browns next Sunday in the final game of the season. They were originally scheduled for 1 pm start. The game has been flex scheduled to 4:15 pm. Also flex scheduled were the Ravens and Bengals who also play one another.

The Steelers improved to 11-4 and they remain in contention for the AFC North title. They need to beat the Browns next Sunday in Cleveland and for the Ravens to lose to the Bengals in Cincinnati to win the division and get no worse than a No. 2 seed in the AFC playoffs.
