Well, it's a possiblity. The Eagles met with RG3 and most people dismissed the meeting as "part of the process" or the Eagles just "doing their homework." According to Phil Sheridan of Philly.com, don't rule out the Eagles jumping up in the draft.
That pick belongs to St. Louis, which drafted Sam Bradford with the No. 1 pick two years ago. The Rams, under new head coach Jeff Fisher, appear poised to trade that pick. There will be plenty of teams in the mix. It should be no surprise if the Eagles, who draft 15th and hold two second-round picks, are one of the more aggressive suitors.
  Sheridan points out that it's a similar situation that occurred with Doug Pederson and Donovan McNabb. Vick would be the starter, and RG3 would have the opportunity to sit and learn.
