TEAMS: Dallas Cowboys, Philadelphia Eagles, New York Giants, New York Jets
The Dallas Cowboys could rest injured running back Felix Jones against the Philadelphia Eagles if the New York Giants beat the New York Jets Saturday.
Jones is questionable with a hamstring injury and was held out of practice this week. Dallas, which faces the Giants in the season finale, could opt to rest Jones for Week 17 with the NFC East title – and playoff spot - likely on the line.
The Giants face the Jets at 1 p.m. and if they win, the Cowboys game against the Eagles is meaningless inside the division. Owner Jerry Jones has already stated that even if Jones does play, backup Sammy Morris will still get a lot of carries.

We’ve told you previously that the importance of the Cowboys-Eagles game rests largely with what happens between the Jets and Giants at 1 p.m. ET.
