In a just in case move if Tony Romo isn't quite ready to go when training camp begins, the Dallas Cowboys brought a few spare arms in for a visit.
According to Calvin Watkins of ESPNDallas.com, the team worked out three quarterbacks Tuesday - Kyle Padron, Chase Clement and Alex Tanney.
It's unlikely they sign one of them since they already for 4 QBs on the roster, but they do have a roster spot open. Romo, Kyle Orton, Nick Stephens and Dalton Williams are your current QBs. It's all contigent on whether Romo is actually ready. The latest news from July 8th says Romo is on track and had been throwing as minicamp wound down.
