Laurent Robinson watched the Super Bowl on Sunday thinking about how the Cowboys need to be playing on that stage. Having the division rival New York Giants win their second Super Bowl in five years was considered a motivational tool. Its motivation for us next year, Robinson said Tuesday. But whats most interesting about his response is that Robinson might not even be with the Cowboys next season. After all, the Cowboys wide receiver is an unrestricted free agent. During a Tuesday charity event at Medical City Hospital in Dallas, Robinson was even sporting his No. 81 Cowboys throwback jersey. Im loving wearing this jersey, Robinson said at the "Baskets of Hope" event. Im hoping to stay here as a Cowboy. But well see on March 13 when free agency starts. Hopefully my dream can come true and I can stay a Cowboy.

Giants Rookie Greg Jones proposes to girlfriend after Super Bowl win
Giants Rookie LB Greg Jones proposed to his girlfriend, Amanda Piechowski moments after his team became Super Bowl Champions. Chase Blackburn: From Substitute Teacher to Super Bowl Champ
You all know the main story lines from Super Bowl XLVI, a game in which the New York Giants beat the New England Patriots 21-17. But do you know Chase Blackburn?
It is incredible how life works sometimes. Blackburn was a main stay on the Giants for several years, mostly contributing as a special teams player.
However, in 2011 the Giants sought a clear plan to improve their linebacking...

The lucky fan who won $50,000 because of the Giants' safety in Super Bowl XLVI has told TMZ that he plans to give all his winnings to charity.
New York Giants, Super Bowl champs!
There's no need for me to rehash all the ins and outs of last night's game. Sports Illustrated's website provides some great analysis and commentary if you're online, and ESPN is talking it to death if you're watching tv. All I will say is that I love my team, I love that they wanted to win, and I kinda love that it was the Patriots that they stuck it to. I will...
Eli Manning Has Better Stats Than These Hall of Fame Quarterbacks…
Kurt Warner recently came out and said that Eli Manning wasn’t a Hall of Fame quarterback this week:
“He’s had two great playoff runs, or his team has had two great playoff runs,” Warner said. “But I also look at the rest of his career. I mean, he has an 82 . . . quarterback rating throughout his career. You know, he’s had five of his eight...

Love Eli? Rivalry’s What Rocks
Talk about reversal of fortunes.
Who’d a’ thunk at the start of NFL 2011 it’d be Manning-the-Younger (Eli) hoisting the hardware in February as opposed to Manning-the-Elder (Peyton), whose career would be teetering on the brink? Not many, and even fewer Giants’ fans and East Coast media.
The low expectations never seemed to faze the League’s new 4th Quarter phenom. Through...

No thoughts of Tom leaving on top
INDIANAPOLIS — When Tom Coughlin yesterday was asked if he was coming back to coach another season for the Giants, he quickly reminded everyone it’s really not his decision to make.
“I certainly hope so, my intentions are to be that way,’’ Coughlin said. “I do have some ownership that...
