Michael Crabtree didn’t exactly call out his teammates before last week’s game against the Detroit Lions, but he did issue a challenge to his offensive comrades to keep up with the high standard of performance being put forth regularly by San Francisco’s rugged defense and superior special teams units. Crabtree certainly has lived up to that standard himself during the Niners’ 2-0 start.
