Found October 07, 2008 on Chiefs Gab:
Without a doubt, the quarterback position has been one of weakness for the Kansas City Chiefs; but to be fair, QB Brodie Croyle has been injured for the most part.A But Croyle will get to try to undo his rocky start this season as according to Adam Teicher of the Kansas City Star and confirmed by team head coach Herm Edwards, he will get the start on Sunday as the Chiefs take on the Tennessee Titans. Depending on how well Croyle does will determine if he gets any more chances to remain the Chiefs' starting QB; if he falters, then there's the outside possibility that the Chiefs may look at the current free agent market.A Thus far, Croyle has missed four games, leaving the quarterbacking duties in the hands of Tyler Thigpen and Damon Huard - to poor results.A So for the Chiefs to even sniff some success, they need Croyle to not only do well, but to remain healthy, as well.A Croyle's record as the Chiefs' starting QB?A 0-7.A So his timetable may be running short for him, despite his injury-plagued history.
