Sunday was a great day from a football fan standpoint. For some fantasy owners, however, it was a day to bang your head off the wall. All of those articles you read in the offseason and all of the research you’ve done didn’t matter once the games started. It all boiled down to what happened on the field and those projections you’ve clung to during the offseason lost their value in a matter of nine hours.
There were a number of players who took the field and did what they usually do, keeping their fantasy owners happy. There were others, however, who went out on the field Sunday and gave fantasy owners nationwide nothing more than indigestion and heartburn.
