Darrelle Revis hasn’t been a happy-camper regarding the trade rumors that’s been happening this off-season. Reports came out recently that the New York Jets tried trading the star cornerback during the NFL Scouting Combine. With this, a league source says that this situation could end up being very ugly.
“I think it’s going to get ugly, very ugly. You can’t trade your best player,” the NFL source told the New York Daily News. “You do everything to keep him. It’s going to get ugly with the player and the agent. I don’t know how you get around it. It’s very difficult.”

Revis was out for the season last year with the Jets due to a torn ACL. Revis is looking to get a new contract, which led to the Jets entertaining the thoughts of a trade. Revis said that the trade rumors left him “speechless.”
