Darren McFadden: Impact Analysis

This is my take on the impact Darren McFadden will have on the Oakland Raiders. Darren McFadden has just completed his first NFL mini-camp, albeit with some players that might not have a 510 area code four months from now. The goal was to impress the coaching staff. That mission was accomplished, but he has also energized the Raider Nation in the process. As a fan of the Raiders for the last five years, happiness only comes in for a short visit before it has to go down the road. Happiness has been something that's heard of, but hardly ever seen. Some Raider fans know this entity, because they can recall seeing it. We want happiness to know it's appreciated when it comes calling. In his first professional practices, Darren McFadden learned that there is a big difference between the speed of the college game and the speed of the pro game. He also learned that you will be yelled at, scolded, and scrutinized, as well as praised by your employer.
