According to ESPN’s Adam Schefter, Oakland Raiders wide receiver Darrius Heyward-Bey has been released from the hospital and is recovering from a concussion and neck injury. He’s expected to fully recover.
I’m pretty sure you can guarantee that Heyward-Bey won’t be healthy in time for this week’s game. He’ll probably at least be out for a few weeks. The Raiders don’t want to rush him along after suffering a serious injury.
