Current Viking Defensive Tackle Situation
As of now Minnesota has an above average group of defensive tackles along with decent depth. Top 3 guys will be veterans Kevin Williams, Letroy Guion, and 1st round rookie Shariff Floyd. Unfortunately this will most likely be the last year for Kevin Williams as he is set to be a free agent after 2013 and all signs point to him moving on. Also veteran Fred Evans will also be a free agent and will be 30 this year, leading to believe this could also be his last year in purple. While all expectations are to have Floyd step in to the starting role next year Minnesota will still need to add depth and possibly someone to push Guion for his starting spot. Don’t get me wrong, Guion is a decent player in the middle, but he is the type of player that could upgraded if the right player was available.
Christian Ballard is also an interesting player on the roster, has versatility to play anywhere along the line, but hasn’t separated himself from the pack ...

It may not be cool to say among bitter Philadelphia fans, but I'll say it: Donovan McNabb is one of my all time favorite athletes. But it wasn't always that way.I was fifteen when the Eagles drafted McNabb on a miserable Saturday afternoon in 1999. Commissioner Paul Tagliabue was barely able to finish the second syllable in "McNabb" before being drowned out by the...
