New Oakland Raiders head coach Dennis Allen told NBC’s Sports Talk that quarterback Carson Palmer will be the starter for week one of the 2012 season. Palmer better be the starter with all the draft picks the Raiders gave up for him this past season.  They’re tied to him for a while whether they like it or not. The key for Palmer to be successful next season, is for him to work hard this offseason in order to build some continuity with the Raiders offense.
