Peyton Manning and the Denver Broncos officially started Organized Team Activities (OTAs) Monday at Dove Valley. The place was buzzing with excitement as old and new Broncos got acquainted during their first official workout with coach Luke Richesson, the new strength and conditioning coach.

The start of OTAs weren't the only news coming out of Dove Valley today as they were also very active in free agency. The Broncos re-signed restricted free agent receiver Matt Willis. Willis has spent the last three years with the Broncos and played in all 16 games last season. Matt is an undrafted free agent who originally signed with the Baltimore Ravens in 2007 and ended up with the Broncos in 2009.

The Broncos also signed veteran wide receiver and former Peyton Manning teammate Brandon Stokley to a one year deal. This will the Stokley's second stint with the Broncos and reunites him with his good friend. Stokley spent 4 seasons with Peyton Manning in Indianapolis from 2003 to 2006 and in 2007 signed with the Broncos for his first stint with the team.
