Denver Broncos (5-3) at Carolina Panthers (2-6)
The Broncos sit at 5-3 and rank 2nd in yards per play differential and 9th in rate of sustaining drives differential with momentum on their side and they’ve done this despite one of the toughest schedules in the league thus far. From this point on, they have one of the league’s easiest schedules, with games against Tampa Bay, Carolina, San Diego, Oakland, Baltimore, Cleveland, and two against Kansas City. They should coast to a great record and at least the #3 seed in the AFC.
That being said, this game won’t be a walk in the park for them. The Panthers are an underrated bunch right now. Despite their record (2-6), they have only 1 loss by more than a touchdown and that was on Thursday Night Football against the Giants. I don’t put too much stock into what happens on Thursday Nights because it’s so tough to prepare to play a team on 3 days rest, so I don’t really hold that against Carolina too much, especially since that was week 3 and...

The Denver Broncos linebacker Von Miller is an exciting player to watch. He has a consistent motor and makes big plays for his team. Earlier after sacking quarterback Cam Newton he mocked Newton’s superman touchdown celebration, and then he added this dance after Newton was safetied. You gotta love his enthusiasm.
The California Panthers? If certain political interests have their way, that might be the case.

After today’s win over the Panthers, Denver Broncos tight end Jacob Tamme tweeted a photo of a Dominos pizza box.
In his tweet Tamme referred to quarerback Peyton Manning not being in charge of ordering the pizza since he owns 21 Papa Johns franchises and is a part of a marketing campaign with them.
Apparently our QB was not in charge of the post game snack. twitter.com/JacobTamme...
Denver Broncos linebacker Von Miller donates $1,000 to his charity, which provides glasses, contacts and eye exams for children, every time he dances after a sack.
Miller told USA Today Sports that if he sacks Carolina Panthers quarterback Cam Newton this Sunday he will be doing Newton's Superman celebration instead of his classic dances including the DeSoto Shuffle.
Tweet Last week Von Miller said he hoped to get a chance to do Cam Newton’s “Superman” celebration when his Broncos met the the Carolina Panthers on Sunday. It didn’t take long for that opportunity to present itself. Miller was a headache for the Panthers all afternoon as he finished with 6 tackles and [...]
Carolina Panthers defensive end Greg Hardy and safety Haruki Nakamura were fined for separate hits against Washington Redskins offensive players during their game last week, NBC Sports' Pro Football Talk reported Friday. Hardy was fined $15,750 for striking quarterback Robert Griffin III in the head. Nakamura received a $21,000 fine for hitting a defenseless receiver in the...
CHARLOTTE, N.C. -- Denver Broncos coach John Fox had the right idea when he wanted to deflect attention upon returning to Bank of America Stadium to face his former employer. He brought along Peyton Manning and a stifling defense. In another efficient performance, Manning and the Broncos overwhelmed the Carolina Panthers in a 36-14 outcome Sunday afternoon. Fox, who was coach...
The Denver defense never gave Newton a chance to complete passes and sacked the Panthers quarterback six times including once for a safety. It was not until late in the fourth quarter that Newton topped 200 yards passing.
Newton and Carolina scored first in the contest with a four yard pass to tight end Greg Olsen. With 1:39 left in the first quarter Manning found a familiar target...
High-ranking state officials in California have been courting Carolina Panthers owner Jerry Richardson to move his team to Los Angeles, ESPN.com reported Sunday. However, they have had no luck so far. Richardson is one of four NFL owners who also own the stadium their team plays in, so there is no lease to break or litigation to fight. Richardson has said he is committed to keeping...
