Bucs Beat:
The Bucs released their depth chart for the week, heading into Sunday's game against the Lions, and it features one interesting change.
Receiver Preston Parker has replaced Micheal Spurlock as the top kick and punt returner, making Spurlock more likely to be among the team's inactive players on Sunday.
No reason was given, but this is likely a result of the Bucs wanting to take advantage of Parker's ability to cover kicks and punts, something he has a willingness to do and does very well. The ability of either player to help the Bucs at receiver likely isn't a major factor here because there are four receivers ahead of them on the depth chart anyway: Mike Williams, Arrelious Benn, Dezmon Briscoe and Sammie Stroughter.
