The Detroit Lions released injury designations for Saturday's matchup with the Dallas Cowboys.

Tight end Brock Wright was ruled out along with James Houston, who returned to practice Thursday for the first time since Week 2. Houston remains on injured reserve after suffering a fractured ankle.

Wright missed last week's game against Minnesota as well with a hip injury.

Safety C.J. Gardner-Johnson has been ruled out as he continues his return from a torn pec suffered earlier in the season. Coach Dan Campbell said Thursday that the team hadn't yet decided on his status.

Cornerback Cam Sutton is questionable and was a late add to the injury report with a toe injury. He did not participate in the portion of practice open to the media Thursday.

Fullback Jason Cabinda was activated from injured reserve and is expected to be active for Saturday's game.

Offensive tackle Taylor Decker is also expected to play after being listed on the injury report with a groin injury. The veteran did not partake in practice Wednesday for precautionary reasons.

"He's good, he'll be good," Campbell said. "Yeah, he'll be out there, we're just being smart with him."

Elsewhere, the Lions could get linebacker Derrick Barnes back after he missed last week's game against Minnesota with a shoulder injury. Barnes has been a full participant each day this week, as has Jerry Jacobs.
