Did Patriots guard Logan Mankins draw a ’stache on his helmet?

Signs you know it’s the offseason… when I’m blogging about something like this. But, well, I am and it is. So, here go… As @BushwoodFantasty mentioned, is it possible that guard Logan Mankins drew a mustache on the Flying Elvis for the AFC title game and the Super Bowl? Look closely (right). Yes, I think it is. Well, the man does love ’staches. Amazingly, Uni Watch has a post on this, and here is a better look at the picture. Unfortunately, I have no explanation. Maybe Mankins, who rocks a sweet Fu Manchu, wanted double mustache power for the games. Maybe he was remembering a fallen mustache. Perhaps, I will never know. But it is these questions that I will be left with this offseason…
