That’s the million dollar question right now, did Ryan Grant and his agent meet with the Detroit Lions today. Last week Grant’s agent, Alan Herman, told the Detroit Free Press that his client was going to meet with the Lions on Monday and was close to a contract. Two different reporters in Detroit have both reported that Grant and his agent were a no show on Monday and now the debate on what’s going on has ensued. If running back Ryan Grant visited the Lions training facility Monday, he was in disguise or he came after nightfall. Although his agent told The Detroit News last week that the Lions had made Grant an offer and he would visit the facility Monday, apparently that didn’t happen. If Grant met with Lions’ officials, it was either Sunday night or it was away from Allen Park.
