Did the Jets Fail Suggs on Purpose?

Wake up conspiracy theorists. There is a rumor going around that the Jets flunked Suggs on purpose after discovering the low asking price for 49ers running back Kevan Barlow. This could be blown out of proportion as the Jets most likely were and probably still are asking about Barlow. It is possible that the Jets used a failed physical as an excuse to back out of the Suggs deal, but unlikely considering the only player they were sending Cleveland's way was Derrick Strait.
