Dolphins rookie defensive end Dion Jordan has been kept off of the field during team drills and preseason games and says that if he were held out for the opener it wouldn’t surprise him.
“Would I be surprised?” Jordan said, via the South Florida Sun-Sentinel. “It’s my body so I know when I’m ready to go or when I’m not ready to go. It wouldn’t be a surprise at all.”-ProFootballTalk.com August 23rd

BY SEAN DONOVANIn the so-called dress rehearsal for the regular season, the Miami Dolphins' starting offense and defense hit an encouraging stride in the team's second-to-last preseason game.Unfortunately, turnovers and dropped passes slowed down that stride as the Dolphins dropped a 17-16 decision to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.Miami played its starters, who out-gained the...
The Houston Texans hosted their first preseason home game last Sunday at Reliant and after it was all said and done they walked off the field with a 24-17 victory over the Miami Dolphins and raised their preseason record to 2-0. In this second preseason game, the starters saw alittle more playing time and the fans loudly welcomed back Brian Cushing to the team. This game...
