Five Most Disappointing Players From This Weekend
1. Joe Flacco- The Baltimore Ravens won in spite of Joe Flacco. His stat line was 14 of 27 for 176 yards and two touchdowns. 14 of 27, that’s a 51 completion percentage, and he had a grand total of 176 yards through the air, that’s 6.51 yards an attempt. People are going to see the two touchdowns and be like “hey Joe had a good game” but anyone who watched this game knows that Flacco had a pretty terrible day. One of the touchdown passes was because Flacco was sacked six times so he wasn’t feeling the pressure and he was also holding the ball too long. If Flacco doesn’t have a much better game against New England, the Patriots will walk to the Super Bowl.
2. Ray Rice- Let’s start with the stat line 25 touches for 80 total yards. Rushing the ball he carried the ball 21 yards for 60 yards, which is 2.85 yards a carry. I like to take the long run of the day for a running back subtract one carr...

Defense bails out Flacco again
His feisty tone and rambling respect talk were gone. Only his Fu Manchu remained late Sunday, a reminder of what had been his little defiant streak.
Ravens quarterback Joe Flacco had wanted to be regarded as a grown-ass man, like Brady and Rodgers. What he has to settle for is being the luckiest SOB in football, getting partial credit for what is actually the big-boy work of his...
Photo Story: ‘No Respect’ starring Joe Flacco, John Harbaugh, and special guest Rodney Dangerfield
For all of his talent as a passer, and his very good regular season and post season records during his first four years in the NFL, Joe Flacco is not generally considered to be among the upper tier of quarterbacks in the NFL.
As good as his won/loss numbers may look, Flacco’s stats suggest to many that the Ravens win in spite of him more than they win because of him, with defense...
Defending Joe Flacco, again
Here we are. Just four quarters — sixty minutes — stand between the Ravens and the Super Bowl. The only difference this week compared to last week is the opponent. Houston? Check. New England, here we come.
The one constant that has yet to … [visit site to read more]

Terrell Suggs’ Defense of Joe Flacco Could Burn Through Your Soul (Video)
Watching this video of Ravens linebacker Terrell Suggs defending quarterback Joe Flacco makes me feel like Suggs is going to murder me if I disagree with him. Is this what it’s like to line up across from him? Now I can understand why he racks up double-digit sacks per season. The dude comes across as a psychopath, but you already knew that.

Ravens safety Ed Reed piles on, and knocks his quarterback, Joe Flacco. What?
File this under: Not what you’re looking for during AFC Championship week.
Ravens safety Ed Reed, appearing on SiriusXM NFL Radio earlier today, essentially blamed the struggles of the Ravens offense Sunday on Joe Flacco. That’s right, the same Flacco who can’t seem to get any respect. Now the shots are coming from his own teammates. Anyway, Reed claimed the Texans...
Ravens Advance To AFC Championship
The Ravens are bound for the AFC Championship after taking down the Texans in the Divisional Round with a final score of 20-13 at M&T Bank Stadium.
Fantasy Spin:
Quarterback Joe Flacco was efficient against a fierce defense as he completed 14 of 27 passes for 176 yards, with two touchdowns and no interceptions. Stud running back Ray Rice was held in check though, as he bruised...
Texans’ Defense Shines in Playoff Loss to Ravens
The Texans harassed Ravens quarterback Joe Flacco and held Baltimore to 227 total yards.
Ravens safety Reed wants 'rattled' Flacco, O-line to step up
Ed Reed has plenty of respect in the Ravens' locker room, and perhaps that's why he decided it was OK for him to call for better play from quarterback Joe Flacco and the offensive line with the Patriots on tap.
NFL Playoffs Fantasy Football Recap: Texans vs. Ravens
Houston Texans 13
Baltimore Ravens 20
This is another game that pretty much played out exactly as was predicted. The Ravens play pretty well when at home, while the Texans limped toward the end of the season with three straight losses before pulling out a victory last week against a Bengals team that may have been one of the only other teams in the playoffs with less momentum...
The Cheese Falls Alone
Despite getting a handful of just horrible, horrible calls in their favor, the Packers were the first home team to drop a game this postseason. Very sad. But also hilarious to the point of gut laughter pain. Those State Farm ads will take on a very plaintive tone over the next week. It was a mixed weekend for teams with superior offenses and wretched defenses. The Saints and Packers...
