According to Mike Klis of the Denver Post, the Broncos are expected to attempt to trade linebacker D.J. Williams once the new league year begins on March 12th. If they’re unable to trade him, they’re expected to release him. Don’t be surprised if D.J. Williams is a starting linebacker in 2013. It’s easy to see him starting for Mike Shanahan’s Washington Redskins or Gary Kubiak’s Houston Texans. Would Williams return to his Bay Area roots and play for Dennis Allen and the Oakland Raiders? Or maybe he will wind up playing for Mike Nolan with the Atlanta Falcons or Wink Martindale with the defending Super Bowl champion Baltimore Ravens. Where Williams has little chance of starting at linebacker in 2013 is in Denver.
