The Denver Broncos have reinstated linebacker D. J. Williams. DJ Williams
Williams was on the reserve/suspended list. He returned to practice earlier this week after serving two suspensions.
He has been added to the Broncos 53-man roster. He is a game-time decision to be activated for today’s game.
If he is used, he will be used in situational roles. To make room for Williams, the team released SS Duke Ihenacho.

Denver Broncos linebacker D.J. Williams returned from a nine-game suspension last week and was officially added to the team's roster for Sunday's game against the San Diego Chargers. He also restructured his contract that calls for a pay reduction. Williams was suspended six games for violating the league's performance-enhancement drug policy and three additional...
The Broncos signed Peyton Manning this offseason and didn't know what they were getting. What they got is a leading MVP candidate.
We've entered the second half of the season and talk of league MVP will start heating up.
Here is a look at my MVP candidates by position:
Payton Manning - Manning not only switched teams but came back from neck surgery...
Sounds like Broncos‘ defensive end Elvis Dumervil will be a game-time decision this weekend.
“He was limited,” Coach John Fox told the team’s official website. “I think we’ll play it day to day and I’m sure we probably won’t have a final decision until about an hour and a half before kickoff.”
Meanwhile, cornerback Tracy Porter (illness) has been ruled out and...

win over the San Diego Chargers in the first half with a knee injury, reports

Denver Broncos linebacker Von Miller decided to donated Riddell 360 helmets to the entire DeSoto High School football team.
“I wanted [DeSoto] to have the same protection I got, the Riddell helmet” Miller said in a video message to the team, per Yahoo! Sports. “I got a couple coming out to you all. You can thank the guys at Riddell.”
Miller has always been praised as one...
Peyton Manning isn't the only player the Denver Broncos brought in to make things happen.
Von Miller got the call from Denver, too, and the second-year linebacker is becoming as big of a headache for Broncos opponents as Manning is.
On a day Manning threw three more touchdown passes, Miller added three sacks and two forced fumbles to his tally to make it a miserable afternoon...
Those unaware that Broncos cornerback Tracy Porter returned to the practice field Friday could guess that to be the case by his wide grin.
Porter participated on a limited basis and wont play Sunday in the home game against San Diego. But this was a big step. He has been designated inactive for the past four games and hasnt put on a uniform on game day since the Oct. 7 game...
Broncos quarterback Peyton Manning moved up to second on the NFL's all-time passing touchdown list during the second quarter of Sunday's game against the San Diego Chargers.
Manning passed former Miami Dolphins great Dan Marino on the all-time list with his 421st touchdown pass -- a 13-yard strike to Demaryius Thomas in the back of the end zone.
But it wasn't all...
Another great divisional match up for football fans features an AFC West show down in San Diego, where the (4-5) Chargers welcome Peyton Manning and the division leading (6-3) Broncos to town. The first game was an instant classic, where the Broncos came from way behind at the half to steal one at home. Manning trailed 24-0, before scoring 35 unanswered points as they stunned the...
It was an odd sight when the Denver Broncos took to the field in hosting the San Diego Chargers in a key AFC West battle in mid-November. Instead of a somewhat typical November day with cold, possible snow and other inclement weather, the temperature at game time was 62 degrees and sunny. For Denver, they wanted to extend their winning streak to five and take complete control in...
Even the San Diego Chargers are saying it: the Denver Broncos are playing solitaire in the AFC West now.
''We can't hang our hat on Denver doing anything from a collapsing standpoint,'' quarterback Philip Rivers said after the Chargers' 30-23 loss Sunday dropped them three games behind the Broncos, who essentially own a four-game cushion by virtue of their...
Week 11 is here. The San Diego Chargers will travel to Denver. Are the fantasy choices too easy?QuarterbacksPeyton Manning vs. Philip RiversIs this too easy? Rivers bad. Peyton good. Manning has reverted to his MVP form. He has made everyone better. For the season Manning has 21 touchdowns and six interceptions. He has a league-leading passer rating of 108. The Chargers' defense...
