Cleveland Browns quarterback Brandon Weeden has the unfortunate situation in front of him of going into this year with a new owner and general manager, who are looking for a successful season to kick start their beginning in Cleveland. Their patience assumingly would be thin regarding Weeden, who needs to show them he's got the right stuff to further his employment with the team. Tony Grossi of ESPNCleveland thinks that the team is prepared to stick with Weeden throughout 2013 and let him have the opportunity to showcase his talents. If he doesn't show any improvement, they'll likely move on and go back to the proverbial drawing board. In his mailbag column, Grossi writes: 'It’s amazing so many people still believe Weeden is on his way out...  I believe the Browns have committed to Weeden — for one year, at least.  If he doesn’t show significant improvement under the new coaches and system, they will reboot the QB search next year.  If that happens, [Ryan] Mallett — who would ...
