Philadelphia Eagles QB Matt Barkley is making arguably the best impression that I’ve ever seen from an Eagles rookie. Yes, he’s a quarterback and they typically garner more media attention because of their position (hence, more opportunity to make an impression), but there seems to be something different about Barkley. He displays tremendous confidence – without arrogance (sometimes a fine line to walk) – and shows genuine enthusiasm about being an Eagle. He also appears to have a sincere passion for the game of football. If you’ve read or heard what he has stated to the media or even follow him on Twitter, how can you not like the guy? So far, he is saying and doing all the right things. He carries himself in such a way that it seems as if he’s been doing this his entire life. And as a matter of fact, he basically has, since he’s been the starting quarterback of his team since his freshman year of high school. He’s already almost a “pro’s pro” in the way in which he han

According to Black Sports Online, woman named Bella Escrito, who claims to have been the mistress of Eagles quarterback Michael Vick is trying to release a tell-all book. The only catch is that she wants you to help her get it published. The non fiction novel will be about an NFL player who currently still plays as a starting Quarterback. After having a 10 year relationship with...
I’m sure the Philadelphia Eagles won’t like seeing their star wide receiver, DeSean Jackson jumping off a balcony into a pool. Looks like an accident waiting to happen.

The post DeSean Jackson jumps off a balcony into a pool (Video) appeared first on Pro Football Zone.
The Philadelphia Eagles hired Dave “Crazy Eyes” Fipps to be their special teams coordinator, and to orchestrate a playbook better than former special teams coordinator, Bobby April. Whether it is the explosive DeSean Jackson, talented Jeremy Maclin, or Damaris Johnson returning punts, this part of the depth chart will remain unofficial until September. What you can expect from...
When the ship was sinking in Philadelphia last season DeSean Jackson was able to throw a season ong temper tantrum and get away with it. With all the other things going wrong and the week to week speculation that long time coach Andy Reid was going to be fired any day now he was barely a blip on the controversy radar.
No, instead he was just another troublesome young football...
WHERE EAGLES DARE
If you haven’t heard Instagram has video now, so DeSean Jackson decided to go YOLO with the videos. 1st video was about Jaccpot Records (I have no idea what he is saying) because he wants to be a rap mogul more than a football player these days. The last video though is something the Eagles and their fans might not like. It is one thing to jump into your pool from a safe distance...
A pit bull rehabilitated after being used as a top fighter in the dogfighting ring bankrolled by quarterback Michael Vick has died.
Officials at the Best Friends Animal Society say Lucas was euthanized Wednesday because of accumulating health problems.
Nearly two dozen of the Vick dogs were rehabilitated at Best Friends in Kanab, Utah. Lucas was one of two not allowed to be adopted...
It's too early to tell, since rookie Zach Ertz just became eligible to practice with the Eagles, but apparently some outside sources already like what the Chippah is cooking up with his TE emphasis on offense.
I didn't expect the preseason "tight end positional innovations" of the Eagles in 2013 to really make a dent upon the media radar.
But there it...
NewsTags: Matt BarkleyPat ShurmurPhiladelphia EaglesAs a NFL coach Eagles offensive coordinator Pat Shurmur was very positive about the Eagles individual offensive players and the entire offense as a unit when he talked to the media at the end of their mini camp. He is very high on rookie quarterback Matt Barkley.
1. Evan Mathis – Philadelphia Eagles
You aren’t going to find a better guard in the league than Evan Mathis. He possesses the best pass blocking ability of all guards in the NFL. He only allowed one sack in 1,155 snaps and only 12 QB hurries. He’s a very patient protector, and displays the ability to shoot off the snap very quickly. Mathis is a high-level run blocker as well...
