Steve Ross will wake up this morning and make the most important decision of his tenure as Miami Dolphins owner. Forget the time he decided to put his reputation on the line and chase Jim Harbaugh, who did a phenomenal job coaching the 49ers to the NFC Championship game on Sunday.
