A few weeks ago we learned the Miami Dolphins would be taking on the Dallas Cowboys in the Hall of Fame Game in Canton, Ohio on Aug. 4 (8 p.m., NBC). Now we know the rest of their preseason slate. Exact dates and game times are still to be announced, but here is how the schedule shapes up. On the weekend of Aug. 8-11, the Dolphins will travel to Jacksonville to face the Jaguars in the preseason for the 11th time. On the weekend of Aug. 15-19, the Dolphins will again be on the road, this time in Houston. It will be the Dolphins' first preseason matchup against the Texans since 2002 On the weekend of Aug. 22-25, the Dolphins get their first home game of the preseason, taking on the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. It will mark the 13th consecutive year the teams will meet in the preseason and 20th time in 22 years. The Dolphins close the preason at home on Aug. 29 or 30 vs. the New Orleans Saints. While the Dolphins drew home games vs. the Saints and Bucs during the preseason, they'll be facing both on the road during the regular season. The regular season schedule, with dates and game times, is set to be released on April 16.
