A person familiar with the decision says Green Bay Packers offensive coordinator Joe Philbin has accepted an offer to become the Miami Dolphins' head coach. The person confirmed the deal to The Associated Press on condition of anonymity Friday because the team hadn't made an announcement. The Dolphins are expected to hold a news conference Saturday.
