Miami Dolphins linebacker Jason Taylor has filed a lawsuit against a man, who allegedly ran off with $275,269 after Taylor gave the man $500,000 to invest for the NFL veteran.Eric Kim, who told Taylor he was a securities investor, said he would invest the money without a fee but would take 10 percent of whatever profit Taylor returned.Taylor says Kim “misappropriated” $275,269.10, writing checks to himself and friends from Taylor’s $500,000 account. Taylor is suing for fraud and wants the money back, plus costs.
