Dolphins preparing to play without Karlos Dansby

Miami Dolphins starting inside linebacker Karlos Dansby has been excused from practice this week, allowing him time to deal with a personal family matter. Interim coach Todd Bowles said the hope is that Dansby, who is second on the team with 101 tackles, returns in time to play in Sunday’s game against the New York Jets.
