Miami Dolphins receivers hope to have a quick resolution to who the team's starting quarterback will be. You want to know sooner than later, receiver Legedu Naanee told Omar Kelly of the South Florida Sun-Sentinel when asked about the impending decision the coach staff must make, picking between veteran starter David Garrard, returning starter Matt Moore and first-round pick Ryan Tannehill. Miami's coaches have two weeks of training camp practices, and four weeks of exhibition games to come to a decision. But the Dolphins receivers hope it won't take that long. "At some point we got to start working with one guy as opposed to the rest, said Brian Hartline, a two-year starter. You need situations where he throws a bad ball, but you bail him out. You need to gain confidence in that, and vice versa. You run a bad route, but he's got your back. You want to start feeling that. You want to [have a chemistry] where he just throws the ball up and you begin to make plays for each other. That helps grow the chemistry and a bond, said Hartline, who has caught 109 passes for 1,670 yards and six touchdowns in his three seasons with the Dolphins, which features him catching passes from Chad Pennington, Chad Henne, Tyler Thigpen and Matt Moore. You need to develop a trust factor." The checks and [adjustments] made by the quarterback are done the same way, said Naanee, who served as a starter during the offseason program. When they see certain things its [universal] what they are checking to, so that could help us if we have an injury situation, working with all the guys.
