Miami Dolphins guard Richie Incognito again is in the news for a physical encounter, this time off the field.
The Palm Beach Post, citing a police report, said Wednesday that Incognito received a trespassing warning on June 10 -- before training camp -- after an alleged fight with a security guard at Club Liv in Miami Beach.
News of the club fight came four days after Incognito was involved in an incident during Saturday night's preseason game at Houston. Texans defensive end Antonio Smith ripped off the Dolphins guard's helmet and swung it, narrowly missing Incognito's head.
On Wednesday, the NFL suspended Smith for the remaining preseason games and Week 1 of the regular season. Houston general manager Rick Smith said Smith planned to appeal.
