Dolphins first-round pick Ryan Tannehill’s performance during Saturday’s scrimmage impressed both teammates and coaches. Tannehill wound up completing 8 of 10 passes for 77 yards and directed the only touchdown drive with a stunning 26 yard pass to Anthony Fassano, which really highlighted his overall athleticism. “He showed good poise,” said head coach Joe Philbin, via the Associated Press. “It doesn’t look too big for him here in the stadium and with coaches on the side and plays coming down from the coordinators upstairs and through that whole communication process. I was yelling on the touchdown pass, `Run, run, run,’ and then he threw a touchdown.” It should be noted that Tannehill was working with the second team offense against the first team defense. If Tannehill continues to impress throughout the preseason, there’s a good chance that he could be in the mix to start Week 1 over David Garrard and Matt Moore.

Legedu Naane Breakdown

The Miami Dolphins may very well have one of the least recognizable WR core in the league at this moment.  Albeit before the season has started, I wouldn’t blame someone who was not a Dolphins fan for that opinion.  The Dolphins have looked to free agency to fill some of the void left by Pro [...]
