Armando Salguero of the Miami Herald mentions that rookie QB Ryan Tannehill was the most impressive quarterback of the three with a chance to win the starting job. Salguero notes that Tannehill completed more passes, and compiled more yards in practice that fellow QB David Garrard and QB Matt Moore. Although that may be the case, other reports have said that Garrard has been the most impressive out of the quarterback group. Tannehill has been reportedly teaching the other Dolphins quarterbacks the terminology to the new offensive playbook, but Garrard appears to be the favorite to secure the job at this point in time. Miami should bring Tannehill along carefully to ensure he is prepared for the NFL game speed.
