Two of the Miami Dolphins' starters suffered head injuries during the second half of Sunday's loss to the New England Patriots. Tight end Anthony Fasano suffered a head injury at the end of a 13-yard reception, and weakside linebacker Kevin Burnett suffered a head injury late in the third quarter. Both players were being evaluated for a possible concussion and did not return to the season finale. Fasano finished Sunday's game with three receptions for 31 yards, which allowed him to finish with a career-high 41 receptions. Burnett finished Sunday's game with 10 tackles, helping him finish the season with 109 stops. Source: Sun Sentinel
